Fantastic service from Mr 24 Hour Plumber! Scott and his lovely apprentice Emma came out within the hour to help fix an issue I was having with my toilet. They quickly figured out the problem and had it sorted in no time.

They were both so friendly, professional and approachable and what really impressed me was that they took the time to show me what to do in an emergency if I ever had the same issue again and needed to turn the water off. That extra bit of advice was really appreciated.

I called Mr 24 Hour Plumber Ltd  yesterday to sort out a few leaky, drippy problems that had arisen in my elderly Father's house. Scott and his apprentice turned up on time, established what needed doing, gave me a price and got stuck in. Very efficient, friendly and explained everything well. Scott did an excellent job sorting out all of our plumbing  issues. He and his apprentice were friendly professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish   He took the time to explain  everything clearly and made sure the problems were fully resolved. I phoned Scott early Sunday morning, and he arrived early afternoon he sorted all our problems (and there were many). As we had just moved into our new house he gave me lots of useful advice to maintain our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional and knew his trade very well. What i also liked was the fact you talk to the tradesman who was doing the job and not to a call centre who haven't got a clue.
